Today I am so chuffed to introduce my readers to a new local business that I believe has something for everyone and every occasion. I don’t know about you but I love personalized items. The business that I am featuring today, does just that. I am talking about a small business from Cape Town called “Uniquely Urs”. Yes! The proof is in the name and I’ll tell you exactly why. Uniquely Urs creates beautiful personalized items such as mugs, t-shirts, bags, slippers etc… When I say personalized, I mean – you send them what you want on your items or you describe what you want and they create it for you. Aside from the items being top quality, the prices are even better and the lowest I’ve come across.  Uniquely Urs asked me what I wanted printed on my items and I honestly didn’t know what I wanted and said they should surprise me. The only thing that I knew what I wanted printed on was the mug. Less than five days later I got the most beautifully curated box that I would’ve picked out for myself if I actually knew what I wanted printed on my items. 😅The darlings over at Uniquely Urs did a quick scroll on my Instagram to get a feel of what I like and then came up with all of the designs on the items in my press drop. One of my favourite items in the box is the sequin pillow. It has silver sequins on the one side but when you run your hand over the pillow, it reveals the beautiful Sultanahmet Camii (The Blue Mosque in Istanbul, Turkey) and my name below it. I can’t wait to put it on display in my room when I start redecorating early January. I don’t know if I am more obsessed and in love with the sequins feature or the design itself. I can’t wait to actually make use of it when I travel again… I hope it is one day soon. Speaking of travel, on the Uniquely Urs Instagram Page – I have seen some beautifully thought out gift ideas that customers have bought for their loved ones moving abroad or even as welcome home gifts. I think it is a wonderful gesture and the packaging of each gift is so impeccable and carefully thought out.I am a graphic and slogan-tee girl by heart! I love being able to come up with my own ideas and creations when it comes to my slogan tees and when the warmer weather hits and then it is the perfect addition to any outfit. The quality of the t-shirts are also a huge plus is my books. I washed my t-shirt before and didn’t encounter any colour bleeding or a change in the look/feel of the t-shirt.
