The best blush I have EVER used {Review} Catrice Defining Duo Blush

CATRICE logoFor me to blog about a makeup product is quite rare because I seldom buy any seeing that mine lasts long. It lasts longer than your average beauty loving girl because I’m quite an amateur when it comes to applying makeup so the use of it is rather limited. Over the holidays I’ve become quite the experimenter and Catrice happens to be one of my “go to” brands. I can proudly say that Catrice’s Defining Duo Blush in 030 Pink Grapefruit Shake is the best I’ve ever used.

The shade 030 Pink Grapefruit Shake is a great balance between pink and peach and gives ones cheeks a beautiful rosy sunkissed glow. I love the shimmer in the blush. Its not too overpowering and gives the cheeks more of a glow than it standing out like you’re in the “Kaapse Klopse”. I pat my brush onto the blush 3 times and that’s enough to cover the entire apple of the cheek.

The packaging is one of my fave aspects as its small and easy enough to pop into your makeup bag or handbag. I’ve dropped it a few times because I’m clumsy like that and there’s no cracks whatsoever. The best part is that you don’t have to worry about the lid of the blush popping open, which seems to be a regular problem with me.

I find that synthetic brushes picks up product easier than any other. The quality of the blush is superb. It blends AMAZINGLY and you don’t have to reapply it during the day. It stays put even without a primer which is something that I never use. I’m looking forward to using more of Catrice’s products in the future. I’m already sold on their foundation and eye pencils.

Ill definitely be re-purchasing this blush when I finish this one. You can shop Catrice at any Clicks and Dischem stores.
