Welcome to the long awaited weekend and the start of my one week holiday. Its been a while since I last did a Fashion Friday post and I won’t even bore you with the long university work load story.

Today I’m a bit inspired by the Monochrome trend. Its been around all year and I love seeing how my fave fash people are embracing this trend and incorporating their own style into it. I love the latest “in thing” where trend-setters are adding a bit of a summer feel to it by incorporating a bold or pastel item to their black and white outfit.

Today my fashion friday picks are from Style 36. I’m in love with all of them and think that they’re reasonably priced. I’ve added everything to create the perfect Monochrome look. I’m particularly in lust with the Blackcherry handbag.  Just add a pair of black or white strappy heels to the above outfit and you’re good to go!

My fash inspiration comes from my three favourite ‘The Hills’ babes rocking the Monochrome trend to the T. I chose 3 ways that the Monochrome trend can be worn this summer. How HOT is Whitney Port looking in those boyfriend jeans? Just shows that you don’t have to go full on Monochrome if you don’t want to or aren’t brave enough.
