{Review} Rain Africa

rain-logo-486x220This post is long overdue but I’m now only back into the swing of things on the blog. Way back close to the time I started City Girl Vibe, I reviewed Rain products and it still remains one of my best reviews and pleasurable products that I’ve ever tried.

So this post is like a part 2 that follows, if you’d like to take a look read, just click here. The amazing darlings over at Rain sent me a beautifully wrapped set of 3 Artisan Soaps that I had the pleasure of using. Now with my past experience of using Rain products, I had high expectations and my experience was nothing short of this.

At R39 a bar, I think that you get value for your money. Its big and would last you quite long. Each soap bar is jam packed with natural products and essential oils which is amazing for the skin. The soap itself is very gentle on the skin and doesn’t cause any irritation on ones skin which is perfect for people with sensitive skin. I also loved that it cleans my skin really well, leaving it soft and moisturising.img1373912306266Both Desle and I used this soap and agreed that the Artisan soaps are a definite must have! The subtle scent of the soap is one of my fave things about it. How awesome wouldn’t it be if these soaps had a little pattern on? I’d love them even more! The packaging is also made from recycled materials, which is a brand+ in my books.

Thank You Rain Africa for the amazing soaps. If you’d like to purchase it and/or other goodies, you can pop in to your closest rain store or shop it online at rainafrica.com .

They are also revamping their Cavendish store, I can’t wait to pop in and see the end result. I loved what the store looked like before and I can only imagine what the revamped store is going to look like!

  1. All natural or Organic soaps have so many advantages over store bought soaps, with all natural or organic soap you’re not putting all those chemicals into your skin, that can irritate your skin or clog pores which may do more damage than good. With all natural or organic soaps you know that it’s all natural or organic ingredients.

  2. I love Rain bath Shower & Bath Gel. It cleans, softens and conditions skin without a heavy leave-behind residue. Your skin is left in better condition – feeling smooth, soft and renewed. Its fragrance is a blend of spices, fruits and herbs, providing a clean-fresh burst that awakens your senses and refreshes your entire body.
