Fashion Fridays : Chain Print

I can’t believe that we’re in the last month of the year and this is one of my last few Fashion Friday posts. Today my Fashion Friday post is all about prints, in season colours and comfort mixed with style. I chose the “Chain Print”. I remember this print being in fashion way back when my sisters loved the scarves. A few days ago I spotted it on one of my fave fashion blogs and I just knew it had to feature as one of my FF posts. This week the little outfit that I put together is not as affordable as last week because the dress alone is R500 from Zando. All the other items are from my “go to” store Mr Price and we all know how affordable Mr Price is.

The dress from Zando is quite on trend, don’t you think? I love the colour Combo. I chose some capped toe flats for the day and you could switch it with the black heels for a night time look. If you’re not comfortable with the length of the dress, you can always add a pair of leggings or jeggings. Nothing too heavy because you want to keep it light and summery.

Sometimes you can feel lost or overwhelmed when it comes to wearing prints and you end up looking way different to what you envisioned. Start off small with a scarf or bag then take it a step further with a dress or pair of pants. If you’re just easing into the trend, try going for simple colours like Rihanna’s black and gold cropped pants as shown below. *Im no Fashion Guru – Its only my opinion*.
