The second product that I will be reviewing from my Avon Haul is the 2 lippies that I bought for R49.

Its no secret that I love bright, bold and red lippies. When I can find quality affordable ones then I’m over the moon! At the moment I have this love hate relationship with these two lippies(I will only be reviewing Rich Ruby as its the only one I use of the two).

Negative aspects :
•The shade differs A LOT from the brochure.
•Its like a lipstain so it takes some time removing it.
•I don’t like the plain packaging.

Positive aspects :
•This lippie has SPF in it so your lips are protected from the sun at all times and that’s something I thrive for in a perfect lippie.
•Its way way way affordable.
•Its quite long lasting.
•I can drink something and it won’t smudge like most lippies.

I purchased the two shades in Rich Ruby and Lucky Kiss. I really love Rich Ruby but Lucky kiss is way too dark for my skintone and not at all what it looked like in the brochure. I will however purchase Rich Ruby again. I love what this lipstick feels like on my lips, not so dry like most lippies and the smell isn’t over powering. One of the main YAY’s of this lippie is that I don’t have to reapply it during the day, just do a quick touchup.

From this COLORTREND range there are 9 shades : Passion, Beige Star, Lucky Kiss, Flirt, Rich Ruby, Violet Friday, Pink Holiday, Deluxe and Amethyst. You can choose any two of those shades for only R49!
