Getting clear with Clarins

From the start of September I felt that I had to change my skin care products due to warmer days approaching and also find something that’s suitable enough for my face that’ll keep it moisturised.

Only in Cape Town will you find 4 seasons in one day and I reckoned that I had to start using something that could keep up with Cape Town’s weather . At the moment I’m currently in a Clarins phase as its not usually a brand that I would buy due to the pricey nature of their products but I thought that its time I “invested in my skin”.

I settled for the Hydration Expert kit which is for dry skin. Since using the 3 products in the box, I’ve been seeing visible results from the first use so this is what makes the price worth it. My face feels softer, blackheads are reduced and there’s no spots of dryness. This is perfect for somebody with sensitive skin like me as it caused no irritation on my face whatsoever.

Before I use the Hydra Quench Cream Mask, Eye Contour Balm and Hydra Quench Cream, I first used my Le Edge exfoliating tool. I removed the Hydra Quench Cream Mask with my Decleor Aroma Cleanse Tonifying Lotion.

I feel that this is the perfect kit for what I was going for. My face needed to be hydrated and put in that extra bit of moisture. A product worth the splurge this spring? This is it! Super impressed with this kit. Kudos to Clarins!
