As you know I’m always trying new products and write pretty thorough and detailed reviews about them, if its not a good product or experience… I don’t post it on my blog, but sadly not all of them are quite affordable like others.
I’m all for trying new things but there’s just always that one brand that you stay true too and doesn’t cost a fortune, a brand you grew up with and pretty much does the job of keeping your skin glowing and healthy looking.
Somewhere between all the reviews and products I’m being sent to try out, I somewhat forgot what its like using something I grew up with until I got an email from Nicole from Clere saying that she’ll be sending me a hamper… And when I say hamper… I mean a HUGE one!
So my heavy box arrived this week and as usual my mom and sisters dug in and started sniffing each bottle. I started using mine immediately and of course the Cocoa Butter was mine.
The Cocoa Butter smells like a caramel cake frosting and it just smells so yummy. Aside from the yummy smell the Cocoa Butter hand and body lotion moiturises my skin and prevents flaking, especially now in winter where I take extra care of my skin and this couldn’t have come at a better time. This is by far my fav product out of the whole bunch.
From my Cocoa Butter products, I use the perfumed jelly for my lips every night before going to bed and also dry spots in between that needs a little extra soothing. This definitely leaves my lips softer and not so flakey and the best part is, I don’t have to worry about it staining my pillow case as it absorbes into my lips fast. This makes for a great lipbalm as well.
After bathing I use the Cocoa Butter body creme that’s enriched in Vitamin E + A that keeps my skin looking smooth and beautiful… Who doesn’t love having radiant skin?
All of Clere’s products are jam packed with vitamins so you’re guaranteed to have healthier skin and another plus is that you get value for your money! I’ve just been using the Cocoa Butter range but there’s many to choose from like the Milk and Honey, Natural Olive and Rich Musk. A fragrance for everybody!

I have been surfing online more than three hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours Start CLERE this season. City Girl Vibe. It’s pretty worth enough for me. Reading this post reminded me of the time I was 12 starting grade 8when my sister bought me my first batch of my own toiletries (because while growing up we used to share body lotions, soaps, toothpastes with my twin bro) amongst other things she bought me a clere cocoa butter. It was so smooth on my skin and smelled so nice (like cake) 🙂 that one moment I dabbed a bit on my mouth it was not tasting as good as it smelled but it tempted me enough to try eating it *hides*
