Random Ramblings Of A City Girl

Me… Now

So this is my second post on things that I’ve learnt recently and I have to admit that I’m kind of enjoying it because its great seeing how much one can learn in a space of seven days(or less). Learning Is a part of me discovering who I am.

I’m always on the lookout for new things, reading, learning and getting motivated and inspired. You know what they say… One is never too old to learn.

Here goes…

•Friday I learnt to drive a car, I went for my first driving lesson and I was amazed as to how fast I got the hang of it.

•A Kiss is healthier than a handshake because so much germs travels from objects to your hands. {Now you know why I love kissing people}LOL.

•China is the largest beauty market in the world.

•I love reading magazines and blogs more than books but like I said in a previous post, I’m definitely going to change that as soon as I get my hands on any one of Lauren Conrad’s books.

•Something/Someone I thought I couldn’t live without in my life turned out to be a nasty little habit that I kicked easily. (TG)

•After one of my “growing up” stumble blocks, I’m more motivated than ever!

•I love these shoes, its perfect for the season we’re in. Its open enough for those warmer days but yet close enough for those chilly days.

•”J’aime les sacs à main” means “I love handbags” in french. Battling with the pronunciation a bit but I’m definitely getting into the french groove.

•I love the quote – “You’ve gotta dance like there’s nobody watching, Love like you’ll never be hurt, Sing like there’s nobody listening, And live like it’s heaven on earth.” – William W. Purkey

•Ugly Betty is actually my fav tv series, so bummed that only 4 seasons were produced but I still love America Ferrera to bits!

  1. Good luck with the driving lessons! Way to go with kicking bad habits, it’s not easy, but so empowering when you do.
I have been a Lauren Conrad fan since the Real O C. She has evolved into such an inspiring lady
